Fresh meat

A spe­cial fea­ture in our range of prod­ucts is the import of fresh meat from the IGP-pro­tect­ed Iberi­an Ávi­la cow. Fla­vor, tex­ture, con­sis­ten­cy and rep­u­ta­tion of the Ávi­la beef are excel­lent. The meat is rare and is not avail­able in big quan­ti­ties.

Dif­fer­ent cuts are avail­able, from the more tra­di­tion­al such as Rump­steak, entre­cote and filet to var­i­ous oth­er cuts, some of the­se even indi­vid­u­al­ly raped.

Recent­ly we have also intro­duced the pre­mi­um meat Txog­itxu from the basque coun­try.  All of our fresh meat is avail­able only with pre­vi­ous orders. Please send us an e-mail to verkauf@andupez.de for orders or more infor­ma­tion.
